Training program
The first training in this type of program will be planned on basic exercises that are easy to perform with a low degree of difficulty, in order to be able to correct mistakes and body postures as well as to learn the correct execution of the exercise. The type of training will be Full Body structured on all areas of the body.
The training will be of the Full Body type, in order to correct and learn each stage of the training in order to be able to have a result as fast as possible in increasing the AMBITION to continue the road to SUCCESS.
The training will be slightly modified, more precisely the number of repetitions will change as well as the break between sets so we can change the intensity of the training as well as its efficiency but also the avoidance of monotony.
