Training program
The first workout in the subscription will be based on a well-structured full body workout with equal exercises as the number of sets, on each side of the body, such as upper, lower and core area, so we can activate all groups. muscle but at the same time to prepare the body for the next workouts.
The second workout is also based on a Full Body workout but we start to focus on a certain area of the body, such as: the lower part, ie the leg area, we will add a greater variety of exercises to activate all the groups much better. muscle in that area, but we do not neglect the other parts such as the upper body more precisely the arm area but also the core area, ie the abdominal area.
The 3rd day training will also be structured as a Full Body workout, but we will also focus on certain muscle areas, in this situation the core area and the lower part of the body remain.
