Having a fairly young age and a very low physical condition, I decided to work with her functional workouts with long breaks and several series of exercises on each muscle group, in order to correct the mistakes of execution and to be able to learn how faster exercise technique.
EXERCISES
The workouts were planned 3 times a week, but seeing that she felt very good mentally and physically in her daily life doing sports, she decided to increase the number of workouts, reaching 5 workouts per week.
THE NUTRITIONAL PLAN
In addition to a well-structured training plan based on its needs and objectives, we also considered the nutritional plan that was rich in nutrients beneficial to the body such as: carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, saturated fats, which are found in healthy and delicious ingredients. .
As a teenager, her cravings for something sweet or not very healthy were, but nevertheless she had in her menus some not very suitable but to satisfy her pleasure for a moment without affecting her physical shape. As for meals, we had 3 main meals as well as 2 snacks, without starving ourselves !!!

Physical fitness and healthy eating are 2 very important steps to reach the desired goals but let’s not forget the psychological part.
On the psychological side it was perhaps the hardest because she was small in age, the temptations were very high to eat something unhealthy or to give up during training but with motivation and discipline and certain tips that we divided, together we managed to reach the desired weight and a very good one, this being 65 kg.
THE OUTCOME
Now my client, she loves to eat healthy and continues to exercise almost every day, she is full of life and she always tells me “I’m very happy to look in the mirror for hours”.
