Exercises for better flexibility and mobility, as well as the prevention of accidents in training.

To help you better understand the concept of stretching, we will define it as a range of physical exercises in the form of natural movements that involve stretching a certain muscle or group of muscles.

Stretching movements are done at a low intensity that can be increased, over time, to a medium level. The intensity of the stretches must be maintained in your own comfort zone. Under no circumstances should they be forced to the point where they feel pain.
