Its role is to detect each muscle and to know our body much better in a physical effort. The training is specific to each side of the body. On day 1, the training will be specific to the upper area, ie all exercises will be focused on the arm area and the back area. We pay special attention to each exercise in order to understand how the movement is performed, more precisely the contraction on positive and negative but also the learning of the exercise. Day 2 training has the same role as segmenting the workout into a specific workout on each area of ​​the body. The training will be based on specific exercises on the lower area, more precisely the leg area but also the buttocks area. The training on day 3 will also be planned on a specific training more precisely on the core area, where we will focus on the abdominal area, the lumbar area, the activation of the muscle area and we will learn a variety of exercises.
